Provide the pages preferably in one of these formats: .Ai .Pdf .EPS

- if you only have Jpeg and PNG format, that is fine but the planner will not be as small sized and optimized as formats above. Minimum page size must be 2000 pixels, we are not responsible if your initial designs are of low quality

- all of the fields in the monthly calendar must be of exact width/height Monthly calendar pages can only be done in 5x7 fields, weekly pages will be linked from the monthly pages.

- all of the fields in the weekly page must be the same width/height, layout can be horizontal or vertical.

- WE WILL SEND YOU DESIGNS BACK TO FIX IF SOME ISSUES ARE FOUND

- YOU MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING PAGES:
Planner cover, yearly page, monthly, weekly and daily page designs.
We reserve the right to turn down the job if the pages quality is not compliant to these requirements. In that case you will be refunded 90% of the order, the rest of 10% we must keep to cover the payment processing costs.

We do not accept returns and refunds for the already executed service. Because of high transactions costs, even if the job has not started yet refund of the entire order is not possible but up to 90% of the order value due to processing fees from paypal that are non refundable.
